Managing requests we didn\u2019t fully expect at the beginning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trying to balance availability with demand<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learning what people actually buy\u2014not what we assumed they would buy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Very early, we realized something important: customers don\u2019t wait for your system to be perfect. They respond to how fast you can adapt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
